MISSION
As God began to move us towards missions, He placed Japan in our hearts right away. They are currently the world's 3rd largest economy yet they suffer from terrible social issues, including but not limited to suicide and hikikomori (acute social withdrawal). On top of this, Japan is the second largest unreached people group with less than 1% Christians in the country. This includes any and all groups that call themselves Christians so technically, this percentage is even lower. The church also faces challenges as their leaders average 60 years of age with very few young men stepping up to take over the churches. We believe that missionary work is crucial if the church is to survive in Japan. God is already moving. He has provided the means to keep His church alive and we want to be a part of it. As missionaries, we would serve in Chiba, Japan and help with their efforts to share the gospel and contribute to the growth of the church.
